Reflexology is a safe and beneficial treatment suitable for individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and during pregnancy.

Would there be any reason I could not have a treatment?
However, to ensure the safety of both the practitioner and the client, it is advisable to avoid reflexology treatments in cases of the following contraindications: deep vein thrombosis (DVT), phlebitis, and blood clots. If you have any concerns prior to a treatment, please consult your reflexologist.

Is there anything I need to be aware of before my treatment?
It is recommended to refrain from consuming a heavy meal approximately one hour before and one hour after your session.

How long does a treatment last?
The initial consultation and treatment typically last about an hour and a half, while subsequent sessions last one hour.

How will I feel after the treatment?
Many clients report feeling extremely relaxed after their treatment, with some even drifting off to sleep during the session. It is essential to drink plenty of water afterwards, most people find a restful night's sleep to be a common benefit following treatment.

How much does a treatment cost?
£30 for 1 hour
£15 for half hour taster session
