About Me. AOR1
I trained with Andrew James at the Practitioners School of Reflexology at West Middlesex University Hospital and qualified in 2006. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and am insured.

My introduction to reflexology came from a friend who suggested I try a session to alleviate my back pain. I was so impressed by the results that I decided to pursue a career as a reflexologist myself. I also underwent several infertility treatments and continued to benefit from reflexology during and after my pregnancy.

I have two children, who regularly receive treatments.

I chose to establish a mobile reflexology practice because I found it much more relaxing to receive treatments in the comfort of my own home. With our increasingly busy lifestyles, it’s a relief not to worry about traveling to and from appointments. This setup allows clients to unwind afterward without the added stress of getting home. Many clients enjoy lighting a candle, playing their favorite music, and relaxing in their own surroundings

Since graduating, I have completed various continuing professional development (CPD) courses to enhance my knowledge and understanding, and I frequently participate in area meetings.

Foot Observation Skills Workshop - Angela Telford

Around the Spine - Peter Frandsen and Dorthe Krogsgaard

Introduction to Fertility - Tracey Smith and Sally Earlham

Reflexology for Pregnancy - Susanne Enzer

This Continuing Professional Development keeps the therapist up-to-date with current techniques, and adds to the knowledge required to adapt treatments to the clients' needs.
