Who can have a treatment?Anyone from babies, children to the elderly and anyone in-between.
Would there be any reason I could not have a treatment?
Reflexology is a very safe form of treatment, but in order to protect both the practitioner and the client, it is not advisable to treat the following contraindications : deep vein thrombosis (DVT); phlebitis; blood clots. Please speak to your reflexologist if you have any concerns before a treatment.
Is there anything I need to be aware of before my treatment?
It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal about an hour before, or an hour after a treatment.
How long does a treatment last?
The initial consultation and treatment is about an hour and a half, further treatments are an hour.
How will I feel after the treatment?
Most people feel extremely relaxed after the treatment, many fall asleep some time during the treatment. It is advisable to drink plenty of water after the treatment. Most people benefit from a good nights' sleep after a treatment.
Which areas do you cover?
Because I am mobile, I am able to cover most areas around Bovingdon, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempsted and Tring, but am willing to travel further afield if required.
How much does a treatment cost?
£30 for 1 hour
£15 for half hour taster session
